Yes we are serious about 180. We are serious about long term. We are serious about converts that will stay on to serve God to the end. But just how serious are we about it.

I have a question to pose. If you’re best friend, the friend that you really love. Your spiritual brother or sister. What if that person stumbles on his walk of faith. Do you abandon him, or will you stop, and pick him up.

Yes, you will slow down you’re spiritual walk. Heck, sometimes you’d be neglecting whatever you’re supposed to do. Perhaps it would even require some turning around to pick him up.

Once I was running along with Desmond, to send Joshua off. It was obvious my stamina was pathetic, but Desmond refused to let me be left behind even it would mean to tone down his capacity to be pacing with me. This kept me to deep ponder.

Would it be efficient for us sometimes, to turn around, to walk backwards, to pick up the lost friends. To let them know the way back to the route is only that much, because you’re with me. Yes, we would sometimes toll on others. Yes it is irresponsible. Yes, it would cause people to backslide. But We arent concerned if it would make people backslide, we’re concerned about making more Christians who would serve God all the way. If it were to make a struggling Care leader get back on its feet to run the race with you, How many more can we save.

Would you run back to save him?
